Service Support

1. Our company strictly implements the national "three guarantees" system related to quality, adhering to a one month return guarantee, a three month replacement guarantee, and free maintenance during the warranty period, so that customers can avoid worries about quality issues.

2. Our company will be responsible for delivering equipment to our doorstep, installing and debugging, and providing free operation and system usage training to the designated operators of each user unit on site.

3. Free after-sales service period and service system commitment: From the end of equipment installation and debugging, the free warranty period is 2 years. The after-sales service system of the company is the responsibility of the Technical Department, which is a permanent establishment with 5 technical personnel.

4. Out of warranty operation and maintenance costs: After the warranty period, our company provides maintenance at the manufacturer's cost of spare parts, and only charges the engineer's travel expenses for lifelong service. During the warranty period, if there is a problem or malfunction with the equipment, our company will respond within 2 hours after receiving the call to report the malfunction, dispatch engineering and technical personnel to the site for maintenance within 4 hours, and eliminate the malfunction within 24 hours. If the equipment malfunction cannot be eliminated after 24 hours of maintenance, our company will provide goods of no lower than the same grade for users to use until the faulty goods are used normally. If it is necessary to replace accessories, it is required that the replaced accessories are of the same brand and type as the replaced ones or are substitutes of the same type and grade. The latter requires the consent of the user's management personnel.



5. Provide equipment installation, maintenance, and user manuals, as well as relevant technical information, and provide users with necessary information for product use and improvement.

6. Conduct regular follow-up visits to all equipment during the maintenance period, and conduct a maintenance and upkeep of all equipment before the end of the warranty period.

7. Our company will establish user profiles for each device and regularly monitor the user's device usage.

8. The provided equipment is brand new, complete, unused, and meets national technical standards.

9. Transportation of equipment: Free delivery of equipment to end users.

10. Within 15 days of signing the contract, the supply will be completed. According to user requirements, our company will assign installation personnel to the site for installation.

11. Equipment installation: Free installation and debugging.

12. Training plan and personnel arrangement: The installation engineer will provide on-site training on operating procedures and maintenance for the users until they become proficient. We will be responsible for the training costs and can participate in regular training classes held by our company.
